Terry, just trying to understand...if you highlight and select bold, hit preview, go back down to the reply box, highlight everything, including brackets, select color, hit preview....you don't get color???? trying to understand so I can ask my son, he uses pc and mac

when i go to color i do the same
do i have to highlight again because on my son's i did not have to do that and on mine if i do that it deletes my sentence.
