I have to make some easter cakes. I bought these silicone molds that are egg shaped in 2 sizes and different colored chocolates to melt so that we can decorate the small cakes instead of eggs. We can paint the chocolate on, Hopefully !!

So, I think I should make the cakes the day before so they will not be crumbly.

They have the bags on the plane. Glad I am not sitting near you on the plane. Might cause panic !!!

Did you get my message. I hope to speak with you tomorrow. Are you going to be visiting Disney at all? I can give you teh VIP treatment there (no lines, etc) if you're going to see the Mouse.
