I RODE THE BIKE FOR 67 MINUTES AND I KEEP THINKING I BETTER TIE MYSELF TO THE COUCH SO I DONT EAT ANOTHER.
ALL THAT EXERCISE AND I EAT ABOUT 1067 MINUTES OF FOOD...LOL

Good Evening People. I am sure everyone already left !!!
Wound up to be a sunny day here, just chilly. I put the heat on for a few hours to warm the place up.

I was going to ask about Joe, but remembered he was at band practice tonight. Hope all goes well Joe.

I'm telling you, it felt like winter in the house this am. I put the heat on for 3 hours and it warmed it up nicely, and it's still warm. It took the edge off the cold. I was so cold that as I was sitting here on the computer, I had blankets wrapped around my knees and legs.

JOE SAID HE IS TAKING A LITTLE TIME OFF.. HE IS NOT FLING SO GREAT THESE DAYS....
