Just a quick note about the missing plane. Being I am afraid of the ocean, I was horrified that the plane probably went down into it with very little breakage. Does this mean the people on it watched as it sank ??? My worst nightmare !!!
I always said that if I were on a plane that crashed, I didn't want to be over the ocean.

IT REALLY IS GOOD CARDIO AND FUN BUT ONE HOUR WAS TOO LONG FOR ME ESPECIALLY I HAD MIA ALL DAY AND ALREADY DID THE BIKE AND HAD TO EXERCISE AT PHYSICAL THERAPY.
