HAPPY U ALL HAD A GREAT DAY. NEVER SAW THat with the gowns....

CUZ, TERRY,, WE WERE IN THE SCHOOL WHERE TRACY WORKS...OUR SCHOOL AUDITORIUM WENT UNDER CONSTRUCTION RIGHT AFTER 'LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS' PRODUCTION BACK IN APRIL...
SO, PS. 176 WAS KIND ENOUGHT TO LET US USE THEIR GROUNDS..JUST BEAUTIFUL...THE GRADUATES WERE UNDER A HUGE TENT..THE AISLES HAD BEAUTIFUL FULL SIZE FLOWERS IN POTS DOWN ONE AISLE...GRADUATION BALLOONS, THE FLAG, ETC... IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL THEY WAY THEY SET IT UP...
AND MOST OF ALL WE WERE BLESSED WITH GREAT WEATHER!!!

We went back to the Salty Dog with my tenants, whose son also graduated.

THE FOOD THEIR IS DELICIOUS...I HAVE NOT BEEN TO SPUMONI GARDENS IN ABOUT 2 YEARS,, IT WAS NICE TO GO BACK & EAT SOMEWHERE DIFFERENT...

I JUST WENT TO CARVEL..TONIANN WANTED ICE CREAM CAKE, SO I BOUGHT ONE FOR US FOR LATER W/COFFEE...MY DAUGHTER & SON-IN-LAW WILL COME DOWNSTAIRS TO WIND DOWN THE CELEBRATION...

Patsy there were so many people!!!! Holy moly!!! How many graduates were there???? Over 400 right??? I was actually glad when the sun went in otherwise I was roasting.

DEBBIE THERE WERE 1500 PEOPLE..500 GRADUATES...2 TICKETS PER FAMILY = 1500..THAT IS NOT INCLUDING TEACHERS & GUEST SPEAKERS AND MEMEBERS OF THE BAND...SOME WERE IN 7TH GRADE IN THE BAND...

ALOT OF PEOPLE...THAT'S WHY IT RAN SO LONG!!! BUT WE CANNOT COMPLAIN..WE WORRIED ABOUT RAIN FOR TODAY & WE GOT LUCKY!!

WOW......didn't realize how many people there were. But you're right.....thank God the weather held up. Could you imagine if we were sitting there and it started to rain!!!

Joke of the Day....

A man asked a waiter to take a bottle of Merlot to an unusually
attractive woman sitting alone at a table in a cozy little restaurant.

So the waiter took the Merlot to the woman and said, 'This is from the gentleman who is seated over there.' and indicated the sender with a nod of his head.

She stared at the wine coolly for a few seconds, not looking at the
man, then decided to send a reply to him by a note.

The waiter, who was lingering nearby for a response, took the note
from her and conveyed it to the gentleman.

The note read:
'For me to accept this bottle, you need to have a Mercedes in your
garage, a million dollars in the bank and 7 inches in your pants'.

After reading the note, the man decided to compose one of his own in return. He folded the note, handed it to the waiter and instructed
him to deliver it to the lady.


It read:
'Just to let you know things aren't always what they appear to be, I
have a Ferrari Maranello, BMW Z8, Mercedes CL600, and a Porsche Turbo in my several garages; I have beautiful homes in Aspen , Miami , and a 10,000 acre ranch in Louisiana .. There is over twenty million dollars in my bank account and portfolio. But, not even for a woman as beautiful as you are, would I cut off three inches. Just send the bottle back.'

Patsy - I am so glad the weather held out...I don't know about the people in Howell. They might have just made it...the graduation is usually 6:00 pm and by 8:15 the sky turned so black and it is pouring out.....

Does anyone know the exact time Joe P will be playing on Friday night in Brooklyn???
