I am feeling better, thank you. the antibiotics helped. going out today. my cough is broken up. the smoking is really bad as you know. but, you can stop. you have to really want it.

Patsy: Fog here on Long Island.....and it was great. I paddled in the densest fog on the Great South Bay with very little visibility. I could hear the fog horns of boats on the water and as I approached a marina near Sayville, NY I realized I was coming up on a barge with a crane and they were doing some work with another boat. Eerie but fun. When I came back to where I started, I had to cross the river but could not see the other side.
