I was going to tell you about my uncle who passed away last year. Before he passed away, we used to talk on the phone mostly every other wk. end so I called him this one Sunday, and it took him a long time to answer the ph. and when he finally did ---- he was asking for HELP cause he had fallen in the bathroom and was smart enough to grab a mop out of the tub to knock the phone down on the floor so he could reach it and it was ME on the phone so I quickly called my cousin in NJ who was grocery shopping, I was in such a panic but everything worked out and she got there quickly, it turned out that he had a light stroke but imagine the timing, we all couldn't believe it and he couldn't stop thanking me.

Hi Jeanette, Glad the beach water cooled you off today, it was a hot, humid day. I got my exercise today, I'm moving my office to the next door building so I was running back and forth all day, not good in this heat.
Do you miss NY, how long have you been in RI? So, you have a lot of italian restaurants nearby, you mentioned that it was 60% italian, wow. They cook with a lot of cheese down here, not enough sauce!!!!! Have a good night!

He always talked so much about the old neighborhood. You're right, once you're away from all the congestion, it's not easy going back.

The rehearsal was rushed and could not undertand one dam word the priest from Haiti said. lol I could not even read his lips...lol
Dinner was great and we had alot of fun singing and dancing and eating and a drink or two,
Everyone do not talk on your cell phone big ticket thing this week and next.

FUNNY STORY
The groom gets a phone call from my niece Dana did u take this did u take that etc etc
all of sudden this cop puts the siren on and pulls him over and starts writing a ticket.
His friend one of the ushers is sitting in the passenger seat. He says to the female cop dont give him a ticket he is getting married saturday. She says sorry he was on the cell phone don't u people read the papers abOut cell phones and tickets. He says actually y no I live in California and I am here for the wedding. HE GETS THE TICKET ANYWAY. 130 DOLLARS
They go about their business and all of sudden they see a cops car and the female officer in her car on the phone. They pull up next to her and put their hands to their ears like they are on the phone and point no no no cell phone while driving. True story 130 dollars later AS JOEY WOULD SAY U CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP. WHERE R U JOE????
