I posted this before, but since the reunion is getting very close I thought this was a good time to repost it.....

I can’t believe that it is almost a year that we have all been together on this blog. I was just thinking about some of the great things that this blog has brought to all of us:



“CHEERS TO OUR PARK SLOPE BLOGGERS”

Some of us come on at the wee hours of the night;
sometimes we even get to witness a good old-fashioned fight.

We love our Suzie’s great sense of humor;
and sometimes we can’t wait to hear the latest rumor.

We look forward to Geri’s daily joke;
and can’t wait to hear more great stories from Warren the “Old Goat”

Some come on to find new recipes from all the great cooks;
and some wait for Patsy to inform us of all the latest books.

We wake up to Jim and Helen’s cheering attitude;
and love when Anthony responds and says, “What’s Up Dude?”

We love to hear all the great adventures of Mia, Terry’s granddaughter;
and get all our medical advice from Janet about the sun and bottled water.

We watch and wait for our favorite men to arrive;
so once again the blog can come alive.

We love to hear from our friends like Franny, Jeanette, Claudia and Geri who are so near yet far away;
but I know that good ole Brooklyn will always be in their hearts to stay.

We love to hear about Paul’s visits to AC;
and wait to see if anyone will ever hit the “Big” lottery.

It’s always fun when friends stop by;
we have so much fun, we laugh until we cry.

Some come on with stories that brings us to tears;
and some come on for encouragement to wash away our fears.

For all the people behind the scene;
please make us a part of your daily routine.

So lets raise our glasses to celebrate another great year of peace and hope;
and always remember that the best people come from Park Slope!!

Sorry to post and run before.....my computer today is so slow.....I posted the poem and then I had to go to lunch... I had a doctor's appointment at lunch time for some blood work......


Well some good news...my mom is coming home next Friday, the 11th.....we now have to see where and with whom she is going home with.....so that was really good news.

she is still sleeping from 1 15 i did the bike 85 minutes and she slept thank God.
