Hi Guys and Girls, started getting a scratchy throat last night, not feeling too well this morning.
Get well wishes to all those sick and Happy Birthday wishes to Tommy, doesn't he come on here once in awhile? Joe, so nice what you posted about your dad, such lasting memories!!!
Patsy and all other fans, Bachelor: I read somewhere it's Vienna, we'll see, I think he's smitten with her. On AI, is the young girl with the polish grandma still in the running???
Congrats to all the non-smokers!!!!!!
I don't see any snow in our forecast, we are getting closer and closer to the 50 degree mark, can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!

Warren, I meant to tell you this after you spoke about "butter'. I met a girl down here from NY, I asked her what she missed most up there and she said she missed the "buttered rolls" that we used to get at the deli/bakery in the morning.
I also realized that the cream cheese and jelly sandwiches are a NY thing, Down here, they just can't comprehend eating those sandwiches!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it monday yet???? OMG....they are driving me nuts!!! Samm's in the kitchen baking a friggin chocolate cake!!!!!!!!!!!! She couldn't do that yesterday??? She's got the music blasting and she's singing.....little Kevin is yelling from the living room for her to stop singing and Kati's yelling for both of them to shut up!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP........ :help:

Hi Mary Ann, If you could get a buttered roll down here the roll would be lousy. The closest thing we have to a bakery or deli is Publix. There are enough ex-northerners here to have heard of Cream Cheese & Jelly but until recently none of the locals ever heard of a Tomato Sandwich!!!

To all talking about giving up something for lent, some of the things I qualify for were because my wife gave them up or the Doctor made me give up.!

I love Publix Bakery. thye make the best cakes. I think better than some of the bakery's here in ny.
