I just wanted to express my deepest sympathy to you and your family.
Losing your mother is one of the hardest thing to get through. Remember,
we are all here for you and your family. The one thing you must remember,
she had a peacefull death. Just to close your eyes and pass is
wonderful, no suffering for her and that you must be thankful for.
She will be in my prayers as well as you family. God Bless You and
Your Mother.

Hi everyone..been so busy-first time on in a couple of days..Dr.'s office was closed yesterday-but the "on call" Dr. called her-said the antibiotics are still taking effect so she's taking Tylenol and feeling better. thanks for asking, Patsy, Suzie and Judy...Hope you feel better soon Suzie. been looking for apts. this weekend for Jessica (she wasn't feeling great but wanted to go anyway) then babysat my grandson overnight until noon today, then looking at more apartments....I'm exhausted. and it's been snowing since 5 PM today and we're getting about 10 inches of snow by tomorrow night..WHERE IS SPRING? Justin got me up 3x last night and I've been up since 4 AM (he's teething) so I'm gonna say good night....Hi to Jeannette, Debbie and Terry ....bye

Off to Novena ...that is my thing for lent. Not giving anything up I don't stick to eat.
Going to try and do good deeds like Jimbo said and make an effort like I used to and go to Novena on Mondays... After that ..off to book club with Mia. (ps I have not read one book yet that they read) I go and have coffee....lol At least I am honest....
OK waiting for Mia ...back to the old routine...How many days til summer vacation???
Oh and by the way I have to confess...I at an ntire apple pie with icing from Holtermans out here yesterday. wtf I am out of control.... Oh Mike had one little piece...

The circle of life continues...Went to visit my uncle Joe yesterday - my father's older brother - he's 88 and was just diagnosed w/stage 4 liver/stomach cancer. His kids (except 1) insist he take chemo which I think is killing him quicker than the disease. He was soooo old and broken - it broke my heart. To this day he always gives us candy - so I brought him a fresh supply - 4 (big) bags. He laughed and said it'd be a while before he used it all up - I hope he uses it up and then needs more...

On a happy note - have a good day everyone. I have to start work. Later gators.

Hey Charlie and Danny...sorry to hear about your moms passing. The way Danny described it, it sounded so peaceful. There are no words that can make anyone feel better about the loss we feel when a loved one passes on...believe me...I know. The "circle of life" does seem to suck but Egla has left a legacy behind...her children and grandchildren. She lives on in each of their lives.

She was a character, Your family always has memories of My Mom and Dad. Thank you Jerry and Jeanette for always posting some good memory of them from time to time.
