did you take advil? Maybe fold over one of those colorful hankies ....and wet the middle with cold water ....and tie it around your forhead .....or sleep with an icepack by your head.....or .....take a shower!

Yeah, I am a bleeder too, one time I needed a blood transfusion... My blood was as blask & thick as tar & I lost so much of it... I thought they were goona lose me....,,, Scared the shit out of me (literally)!

OMG Geri....we went through the same thing ....they wouldnt let me out of the hospital....they wanted to give me a blood transfusion also ...my bloodcount was at 7 ......I refused .....and it took a year to get my blood back up to 12....I couldnt walk up a block without being out of breath ....
