Terry that video is hysterical.....it reminds me of the time when I worked in the Bank on 9 street .....back then we wore shorter skirts and high heels....well I was walking back to the Bank ....from my lunch ...and this car service driver beeped ...I thought he was gonna ask me for an address or something .....but he didnt say anything .....and crashed right into the back of the car waiting for the light .....what a dummy!!! LOL

And my pet sitter called this morning and says her mother is now interested. She's coming Sunday morning. I would have preferred
to work something with her before listing again w/realtor. We would
have both would have made out a little extra $$$. Feel like I'm giving house away. I dropped $100k in six months.

Nah, I never saw Ter's deliveries.... But you know how girlfriends are..
especially young ones. We went away together and always got dressed
together to go out - so we'd be half nude. Hope Joey passes on reading

It's only been listed ONE DAY.....
ONE DAY.... I had off market for one month.

Prior to that they knew it was for sale; but she thought her mom wanted
smaller house since her husband died. I'd hope they'd cut their commission some if my friend's mom buys. Usually if you know the
possibility ahead of time - you let them/realtor know and they note
it. Oh well, if it sells - who cares.. Right? It would be great to get
rid of this mortgage. But it would be nice to be someone I know.
I love my house - but life goes on.
