I LIVE A FEW BLOCKS UP FROM SHORE ROAD. THOSE HOUSES BY THE WATER GO FOR 2 & 3 MILLION DOLLARS. THEY SELL AS FAST AS THEY GO ON THE MARKET. SOME POEPLE HAVE SO MUCH MONEY, IT IS INCREDIBLE THE CLOSE TO THE WATER, THE MORE EXPENSIVE THE HOUSES GET. I AM 3-4 BLOCKS UP FROM THERE. I LOOKED THERE WHEN I BOUGHTT HIS HOUSE 21 YEARS AGO AND THEY WERE $70,000 TO A $100,000 MORE BECAUSE OF THE VIEW OF THE WATER.
