just how noisy is 4th avenue, and is it more daytime traffic or night? i looked at that Argyle development on 7th and the only unit I like in my price range is a few floors up, facing 4th ave. i'm SUPER sensitive to street noise, and have written off this location because of it, but i am also making assumptions/have heard…
