We live in a 1 1/2 large floor thru on Vanderbilt near Soda!
It has lots of light, a huge eat -in kitchen, living room, big bedroom with walkin closet and a small 1/2 bedroom. Good for a couple!
Plus there is no one above you and no buildings behind you (which means you can walk around naked).
Our last lease was signed for $1550 a month but I'm sure the landlord wants another $100 a month.
Anyway, not really sure the landlord will even do it, but whatever, if you are interested, PM me and I will pass your info along to him.
