Ginger beer

Anyone know where to get proper ginger beer. Been jonesing for a good Dark and Stormy but couldn't find any real ginger beer. Admittedly, I haven't looked that hard but there must be somewhere in PH that carries it. The beer distributor on Washington and Bergen says he carries it but they are always out.

Try Christy's Patties on Flatbush and Sterling. I think Brawta on Atlantic makes their own. I also think the Met on Vanderbilt might have it.

there are very few sources for decent ginger beer. I, personally, go to Milk & Honey for my ginger fix. their Moscow Mule is the best EVER. and, obviously, their Dark & Stormy is damn good. unfortunately, they don't sell their ginger brew.

3Ds on Washington just off St. Johns has ginger beer in their fridges I believe.

yeah, I think that's the same stuff that they have at the bodegas, too. it's not spicy at all.

Ginger Root on Washington has homemade all the time. Super sweet, really good.

ooh, good idea. I love the sorrel from hibiscus but ginger root is closer. oh, and there's that juice place on the other side of washington over thataway, isn't there?

I was just thinking about the lemonade from the islands -- super spicy, lots of ginger. so GOOD. beh.
