*We currently live on Sterling Place near Underhill in the garden apartment of a brownstone and love it. Our landlady needs to move into our place to care for her elderly mother on parlor floor, so sadly we have to leave.

*Can move anytime between October 15-Dec 1

*we have 2 very small, quiet, well behaved dogs.
I've never met a soul who didn't like them

*really want outdoor space (I am a great gardener)
