Found Black/White Kitten - 9 Weeks
Chances are this kitten doesn't belong to anyone since he acts like he was abused but I will give it a shot for kicks.
Found black/white kitten 10:00 PM inside of building entryway at 545 Prospect Place. He looks to be 9 weeks old and has a bad upper respiratory infection. Please PM today if he is yours. I imagine that someone just dumped him inside of my building but hey ... I will try.

Subject: His best chance is you
There is a very strong chance that this cat was dumped. The upper respiratory tract infection may be Feline Influenza. If you take him to CACC the chances are they will have to euthanize him immediately because they won't want to infect their healthy kittens (I've been present at a shelter when a sick kitten was brought in and this is what they told the person who found him). A no-kill shelter probably won't take a sick kitten. His best chance for survival is if you nurse him back to health. I don't know if you can afford the vet fees, but he should probably see a vet. There are a few places for low cost vet treatment available. -
I do a lot of TNR in the area and am very familiar with all of this. Thank you for the info though. I'm sure that he was dumped. People in the area know that I help feral cats and kindly leave me"gifts" more often than not.

I call it the caseopele syndrome
good luck finding home for the little kitty. Glad he is off the street now that it is getting colder. -
Kitten was reunited with his owner. He escaped from his 1st floor apartment last night. Owner was distraught so chances are that will never happen again. He was a nice guy who loves his kitten.

Make sure the owner takes care of that infection! Poor baby.
