Brooklyn Moon?

I rode by a place tonight called Brooklyn Moon on Fulton and. um. er. omg. I don't know any ft. green streets. somewhere between Target and Vanderbilt!
in any case, it looked like people were having a great time in there, and they were drinking (not eating, and there were white table cloths so I kinda wondered if it was a food place or not, but I rode by kinda late, etc)

What's the scoop?

Subject: GOOD FOOD, GREAT PRICES

GREAT DRINKS. very strong. strong doesn't = great but in any case they taste good to me.

the waitress is kind of slow & not friendly. but if you ignore that then the food is very tasty. stuff like salmon burgers, portabello mushroom burgers, chicken & apple salads, lite fare like that.

i say definitely go there once & try it out!

i know the owner... great guy... and yes, although the wait staff are slow as shit and VERY unfriendly, it food is worth the trip. if you want your salad before your food, be sure to say so, or you'll wait half an hour for everthing. then again, if you have plenty of time, kick back and enjoy!

well i just went there again over the weekend, and the waitress is not only slow & unfriendly, she is dumb. she messed up our bill and cheated the place out of about $20. my friends & i were too drunk off her strong drinks to fully notice her mistake though. we just thought she left one drink off the bill. but turns out she completely miscalculated and only charged us $20 for the meals & drinks of 3 people.

oh well!

i still recommend the place for a tasty bite to eat & a few drinks.
