MET FOODS THAT USED TO BE ON CROPSEY AVE/20TH AVE

It became a CVS about 5 years ago. I used to work at that supermarket. I remember a lot of opposition from the residents around there. But to be honest business was very slow. The owner used to tell me,where does everybody go to buy their food? I guess the Waldbaums off the Belt Pkwy/Cropsey Ave or the key food on 18th avenue/Bath did much better then Met Foods.

How is that CVS doing? I haven't been back there since they opened up. I live in Queens now. That strip of stores has changed I imagine. There used to be a family run drugstore on the corner(20th ave/Cropsey Ave)..they must have been bought out as well. I sure hate Chain stores,especially drugstores. :x
