Hi! I'm posting this for my friend in Manhattan who wants to move in with me in Brooklyn. She is looking for a female 25-30 (can move on this if it's a fit:) to fill her room in an amazing 3 bdrm apt. in Murray Hill. Her roommates (also my friends) are fun, nice, professional girls who are clean, responsible, and respectful.
The apt. really is great and she is very sad to be leaving it
It has a Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, wood burning fireplace, back deck, and a huge bathroom and closets. Owned by the Murray Hill, a doorman building next door, and have full use of them, as well. Mostly, they hold our packages and keep an eye on the security in our building, but they are also very expedient about getting things get fixed.
Rent is 1250 plus utilities that range from 100-150 depending on the season. (summer = higher) Move in is Dec. 1.
