$1200 Furnished (optional) room for sublet in Park Slope 2BR

I am leaving NYC for a dream job at the end of the month and unfortunately will have to give up a great apartment and roommate in Park Slope. My room is available for sublet from Dec. 08 to Jun. 09. There is an option to renew/sign the lease in Jun.

The apartment is a real 2BR on the 2nd floor of a brownstone. It is fully furnished, recently renovated and spacious (950 sq ft). It has REAL bedrooms situated at opposite ends of each other so you get space and privacy. The apartment is half a block away from the R and a block away from 5th Ave., close to supermarkets, shops, restos, bars and laundromats.

The room is big (14.5 x 8ft) with a full closet, built-in storage unit, french doors and ceiling fan. It has 2 large windows that look in to a backyard garden so it's quiet and has great light. I may leave my furniture behind so it comes furnished if you want (full-size bed, nightstand, bookshelf, two chests, lamp, stereo, etc.).

The roommate is a woman in her early 40s and in interior design. Nice benefit: the place is charmingly decorated. She's pretty cool and laidback so looking for a female who is the same. Also someone who is mature, responsible and clean. Nonsmoker and no pets preferred (sorry).

The room is $1200 per month, not including utilities (about $30 per month). A security deposit of $1200 is required for move-in and a credit check will be done by the landlord. Move-in ready for early or mid Dec.
