2 bedroom rental

hi all,

i have a friend who's moving to nyc with her husband and young daughter. she's familiar with nyc, and used to live in manhattan, but i thought i'd help her search a bit by seeing if anyone out there reading might have a 2 bedroom rental coming up for i think january, in an ok school district. price range is probably about 2000, so they are aware of the limitations with regard to budget, but they are a really lovely family...thanks if you hear about anything in brownstone brooklyn!

I think Windsor Terrace would be a good bet, as they most likely will be priced out of/have very limited options in Park Slope, BoCaCa, Brooklyn Heights, and Prospect Heights in that price range. Windsor Terrace is safe, though, as is Greenwood Heights, which arguably exists inside 16th St, 4th Ave, 22nd St, and Greenwood Cemetery.

I found my 1 bedroom on Craigslist and would highly recommend that your friend search that site daily.
