You have to keep people somewhere close to where they live. I remember when I was a kid and got held in the BHOD for jumping the turnstile, I had to walk home. Thank God it wasn't in the bronx. I am all for opening the BHOD back. Where do you want to end up after police stop for DUI, the bronx?
