Sublet in Sunset Park Apt Dec and/or Jan

I have one room available in a 2 bedroom apartment in Sunset Park, Brooklyn on 41st st and 5th Ave right across the street from Sunset Park. It is close to express train (D; N and also the local R;M). Right across the street is the bus which goes into Park Slope and Bay Ridge. Very easy to get into the city- the whole train ride is about 1/2 hour!

The room is available for December and January. I would prefer to rent the room to one person for both months, but will definitely rent it out for one month.

The apartment is a big and comfortable with hardwood floors, big kitchen and living room. The available bedroom is about 8X12. The apartment is furnished, but there is room in the apartment if you have furniture. The bedroom is not furnished. I am not home a lot so you would have the apartment to yourself a lot of the time.

Heat and hot water are included. Currently I only pay the gas bill, which is no more then 20$/month.

I have 2 sweet cats so no one who is allergic or scared. I take care of them so you wouldn't have to worry about that.
