we have a small, cozy one bedroom with a large private roof on Dean St. (between Franklin & Bedford) that we'd like to sublet for five weeks this winter, from Dec 21 thru Jan 24. The place is well heated, gets a ton of natural light and is fully stocked with all the appliances and furniture you need for a comfortable city life. Not to mention the block is gorgeous and the neighbors are super friendly.

We're asking $1125 and that includes high speed internet and all utilities. A $400 deposit and a good reference will get you in the door.
