  • i'm home! got out of the hospital this afternoon, had to go pick up my keys and get gauze pads and movies. dogs are still with my mom, not quite ready to walk them yet. my right arm is all messed up now too, 4 iv ports since 2 got backed up, bruises from the pain med injections, i have to laugh though. it's kind of funny in a macabre way. :)

i can move the fingers on my left hand now! thanks every one, you guys rock. will update more later or tomorrow, gotta nap with my babies. i couldn't sleep w/o my kitties! hugs!
  • welcome home! we missed you!
  • That's great that you're home. We were worried about you.
  • Thank goodness. Sorry I could visit, Sunday I was sick as a dog, probably not good to take that into a hospital.

    Rest up babe!
  • thanks guys! i'll post new pics soon but 1st i have to check on my strays, someone took the storage bin i was using up the street so i have to lug another one over there. then it's shower time, should be fun, i need one of those plastic stools for old people to sit on when they shower. :) flexi was awesome for washing my hair for me and standing guard while i showered in the hospital. "you still upright? ok, just checking." haha
  • Oh caseo, no more adventures for you, ok?!
  • so glad you're home and ok!
  • going to work today, doggies came home yesterday, even ripley missed me! my stepdad told me she "even walks dumb", haha. i got one of the "special" pitties, not as smart as her brethren. hand's looking better, just slightly perforated, still hurts but not nearly as much and i can move my fingers a lot more. still really tired though, needing naps but i guess that's kind of normal considering the crazy infection my body was fighting.

got to get slick willie and his would-be girlfriend to the aspca on sunday morning, they're getting fixed. drop-off is at 8am, pickup around 4pm, i think. anyone want to give us a ride at the ass crack of dawn on sunday morning?

hope you guys are well and thank you for the kind words, really appreciate it. have a great weekend! :D

EDIT: On reflection, this joke is poor taste.
Yea, like Patrick Swayze in Road House
