Fairmont Funding LTD is a bank that has been around for 25 years. We specialize in Alt-A as well as Subprime Loans. We have programs for borrowers with fico's down to 500. we offer unlimited cash out and bankruptcies are ok. We also offer no income no asset verification type loans.
