Lecture and trolley tour in Green-Wood Cemetery
A warm and sunny day great for cemetery visit. Daniel Howe gave a lecture based on his award-winning book "What Hath God Wrought" and then Jeff Richman gave a trolley tour. It is hard to believe so many famous people were buried there, not to mention where the tombs are without a guide.
The next trolley tour will be scheduled in March featuring Irish people now buried in the cemetery. Anyone interested? It is really a great tour to comprehend the cultural heritage in Brooklyn.
More can be read about the event at my blog of Urban Art and Antiques.
