Two New Restaurants on 6th/14th

I don't think I saw this mentioned anywhere yet. I noticed two signs up today. First, El Encuentro is being turned in to Athena (a mediterranean place) and the opposite diagonal corner says Slope Restaurant bar and grill (or something similar...I couldn't see the whole thing).

Anybody know anything else about this?

I don't know what the other place was before. I am wondering because of the way the banners looked if these two spaces are from the same owner. If not, two new places will be competing right from the start.
