Looking for sublet/new apartment in Park Slope area

Hi – I’m Dan and a regular customer where I work recommended that I contact this message board. I have recently graduated from Syracuse University in Upstate NY with a degree in Fine Arts/Illustration. I am very interested in residing in Park Slope and would appreciate having the opportunity to discuss any affordable openings you may have in this area. Since July, I work full time at Gorilla Coffee at 97 5th Ave: http://www.gorillacoffee.com/

Anyway, I’m living in Bushwick and it is not the best situation. After closing shop at night - I take the a couple subways (not a problem) but then have 10 block walk to my apt and it can get sort of shady at night. Also, there are some issues with the apartment ie: sparking electrical sockets, water heater troubles, leaking ceilings, ect... Despite it's new/nice exterior there seems to be underlying problems that make it difficult to live in. I hope to relocate sooner than later to Park Slope. Hope the folks on this message board may have some suggestions. Thank you! [email protected]

Call me before 2PM as I work from 2-9 most nights. Or stop by the shop and we can discuss things in person.
