A delivery truck flipped over this morning in Bartel Prichard Square ,the truck was carry a load of Hammerill paper, that shifted, when turning into 15th st from PPW, causing the truck to turn over.

Fortunately no one was injured , but all traffic was diverted for over 3 hours.

  • thank you ,there are three more from a different angle ,but shadows from the branches of the trees in the circle distort the photos.

Definitely. No reason to tip like that regardless of the load if he was doing 15-20mph around that turn like he should have been.
  • . just reporting the facts, ma'am.
  • Well, not all the facts...
According to several eyewitnesses, a cowardly individual with his (gentle) dog was seen fleeing the park on foot while being hotly pursued by an irate sloper screaming "Leash your dog! Leash your dog!".
Heading due east at 15-20 mph, this cowardly individual ran in front of the truck, causing the driver to swerve - with disastrous results.
When onlookers questioned the dog owner as to why his (gentle) dog was off the leash, he replied (in a falsetto voice) "Don't make me go drill sergeant on your ass" snapped his fingers twice and then hurried off.

The dog was trying to save a Chicken from a Sloper!
  • I guess that answers the age old question of, why did the chicken cross the road?
