Anybody hear that? Constant horn?

I was woken up at 4.30 to the sound of my roomie's DVD menu, a text message and this annoying horn sound. Not loud. Well, intermittent.

It's driving the lil Miss Dasiy in my head bananas! I'm breaking out my tin foil hat! Lock yo doors! Ack.

You hear it?
