...pretty much what the title says! I'm on Union between 3rd & Nevins, where do people do their laundry, bars, etc etc etc... Just tryin to decide if there's more here than I know about :-)

I have a friend who lives in that same stretch (you're probably neighbors) and he pretty much loves that bar on 3rd and President/Union and keeps to 4th Ave or down on Smith St besides that.
