1 or 2 rooms for rent - Near Brooklyn Museum, Botanic Garden

Hi there,

I am a 30-something woman and a vegetarian. I am a bit of a homebody, so when I am not working during the week, I am usually home. I love trashy tv such as Amercia’s Next Top Model. I have a large 3 bedroom apt in Brooklyn and I would like to rent the 2 other bedrooms to help pay the bills. The space I am renting out is just the bedrooms since I already have the living room & dining rooms fully furnished. You must love dogs, since I have 3 :•) But sorry you can’t bring any pets, my one little dog has a big attitude & probably wouldn’t be nice to him.
It’s a nice apt with a very big balcony and large kitchen, living room and dining room. The shared bathroom is clean & a good size. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment. While the 1st bedroom is not huge (roughly 7 x 13) with a closet and one large window, it makes up for with charm. It is pink with a chandelier & adorable built in original shelves. $750/month
The other bedroom is larger and has double the closet space $950/month
The house is 2 blocks from the Brooklyn Museum, Botanic gardens & subway trains 2,3,4,5. If you are taking the 4/5 to midtown, it is roughly 35 minutes. Park Slope & Prospect Heights which are great neighborhoods with lots to do are just a few minutes walk.
If you want to map it, it is near the corner of President St & Franklin Ave.
