Ikea CD storage unit, about 55" high/17" wide/7" deep. Shelves tilt out to reveal CDs, then tilt back flush with front of unit. Birch veneer on front, black on sides and top. Excellent condition. $20

Hi Dawn,

I'm on 10th St. between 8th Ave. and the park.

I was using the Sharp in an apartment with metal window frames, so it was somewhat noisy from the vibrations. The motor itself isn't too loud. I'm a light sleeper, and it never kept me up. If you want to stop by, I can plug it in so you can give it a listen.

Yes I'd be interested in taking a look. I wouldn't be able to get there till late tomorrow afternoon as I have to wait in for a Time Warner appointment who could come anytime up till 6pm( but hopefully earlier). Failing that late Sunday afternoon. Its one of those jam packed weekends!

I'm sorry but are you sure the AF-R60BX is 8000 BTU? This model gets great reviews but, assuming you have the number down right, but all the research I've done list it as 6000BTU which would be too low for my space. So if thats the case I'll pass .
