room for rent in my 2 bd apartment

Hey guys,
I have a nice sized room with a window in a cozy 2 bedroom apt for rent for $750/month, which includes all utilities and internet (wireless too).You also have access to the living room and kitchen and can call this home. The room has a good sized closet and the apt is located right around the block from the R train in bay ridge (77th street). The neighborhood is great, lots of shops and restaurants- has a very old style Brooklyn charm to it.

I'm looking for someone responsible and respectful. No drugs or smoking in the house.

About me:
I'm a 35/yo male artist with a day job. My personality is real laid back and I don't need to know your business unless you want to share. I'm usually up for a pint down the block and convo's, but nothing is obligatory. I also have a really friendly cat who eats too much.

You will need first and security= $1500 plus 2 pay stubs for proof of income.
Looking for Feb 1st move in.
