Hey Unrepentent Bastard since you got me all figured out let me guess your problems you're not originally from an inner city but you love to troll their social networking sites and tell people how to live in them and to move, you hate your jobs and feel under appreciated so much that you troll websites like this looking for ways to get your negative rocks off by calling people names and fat.
And you probably smoke so you probably have a lot of pent up social issues with people who think it's disgusting and harmful. And you'll probably be checking this all day in order to try and find some justification to your lame online exsistance.

As a smoker, I'm on the fence with the problem you have. Granted, I'm so anal that I make people sniff my apartment to make sure it doesn't smell like anything (also a dog owner). I would die if my apartment smelled. BUT, I don't know how you can expect someone who does smoke to give up his right to do so in his own place. He pays the rent, too. I think the best solution is to talk to the guy. See if he can limit it or use a window. Good luck.

Katie Slope: well once again I'm sorry about you getting caught in the middle like that, like I said I don't hate cigerette smokers and I can understand the occasional cigerette and I'm not trying to say ban all smokers from smoking in their homes. The combination of my breathing problem and the large amount of my neighbors smoke that is getting into my apt is what's my problem.
It's called consideration for others.
Now about those damn dogs off their leases...
