TNR in Bed-Stuy

I have a customer who needs help trapping some kittens. She seems very willing to help out as much as possible and doesn't mind getting her hands dirty. Meaning she doesn't expect someone to just come along and take care of the kittens for her.
The 3 black kittens are in an overgrown empty lot right next door to a vacant house at 184 Herkimer St. between New York Ave & Nostrand Ave, very close to the corner of New York Ave. The lot is completely closed off by a tall cyclone fence so I've been feeding them inside the gate of the vacant house. They walk through the lot, alongside the wall of the house and jump through the iron gating separating the front side of the house from the lot.

2 of the kittens are all black, the 3rd has a white smudge on his/her neck, right above the chest. This is the bravest of the 3 and (s)he is the first to come into the front area to eat. One of the other 2 follows right after, but the 3rd hangs back and will not come out until I leave the area completely. They all look about 3-4 months old. The first 2 seem like they can be socialized and I'm hoping the 3rd can also.

I hope someone can trap all 3, it would be so sad to leave any behind.
Anyone in the area that may be able to help her? I haven't taken the TNR class yet and I have 5 rescues needing homes so I can't really help right now. I'd really appreciate any suggestions, thanks guys!
