Mystery businesses?

There are two new businesses opening up but I have no idea what they might be. Anyone know...

1) What's going in next to 5 Guys?

2) What's going in next to the hardware store on 5th Ave (between 7th and 8th?)...they've been doing some major renovations for the past two months.

I had thought it was going to be a nail salon next to Leopoldi's on 5th Avenue. I had asked the hardware store guys a while ago about it in hopes that they were expanding, and I thought they told me it was to be some sort of salon. But, it does seem to be a lot of work going on and it is taking a really long time!

As for next to 5 Guys, i didn't even realize there was still space available!

I heard that LaBagel Delight is moving next to 5 Guys...I don't think it's an additional location, I think they're closing the one on 7th & 5th and moving there

Interesting about La Bagel. Isn't the site next to 5 Guys smaller? Maybe cheaper rent. Closer to the Methodist good, John Jay, ugh.

That's confirmed about La Bagel. Was there yesterday and the guy told us. They should be in by March. It's a bigger space, so they're closing the other 7th location. This one should have seating.

I peaked in the window for the space next to 5 Guys. Its actually about the same size as 5 guys.
