Moving advice?

We're moving this weekend/early next week from Carroll Gardens to Boerum Hill (five whole blocks) and I was wondering if anyone could suggest reliable, relatively inexpensive movers.

We don't have a ton of stuff (we're in a one bedroom apartment) but some of it is heavy (a bed, a couple of dressers) and some is delicate (flat screen TV, kitchen items, etc.).

The move will be from a third floor brownstone apartment to a second floor apartment.

I'd appreciate any suggestions (names, numbers, email) that anyone has!

Movers not shakers moved me 4 blocks in May 08. I found them to be professional, courteous and very reasonably priced. Best of all they are eco friendly.

i second the rec for movers not shakers. i used them for a 9 block move. it was so quick and painless. everything made it safely and they were great.
