Force and Flow Integrated Bodywork is a small, intimate studio on Dean & Franklin that is committed to providing affordable holistic wellness services to the neighborhood. We offer small (5 max) group classes in Pilates, Integrated Yoga and Integrated Movement and a variety of holistic healing modalities, including Thai Yoga Bodywork, Reiki and BodyTalk.

10-11AM: FREE Integrated Yoga Class (registration required)

11-12 Noon: FREE Pilates Class (registration required)

12-4PM: Open House! Free Bodywork sessions, including Thai bodywork, BodyTalk and Reiki
