In praise of clean sidewalks

I think this is the first snowstorm I can remember where everyone* on my block did a kick ass job of shoveling. I'm impressed. No falling on my ass this year. So thanks St Johns Pl. You are the best.

*By everyone I mean the landlords must finally have bit the bullet and paid someone to shovel.

Sorry to be curmudgeon, but the residents of the old PS9 building (Sterling & Vanderbilt) are chalking up some bad cooperative Karma by not clearing the sidewalk.

Since I don't have faith that the universe will dole out appropriate punishment, I'll probably call 311 when I get home tonight.

yeah. they were pretty bad offenders last year, too. jerks.
