Park Place between Kingston and Albany - Thoughts?
I have friends considering moving into a property over on Park Place between Kingston and Albany and have heard it is a rough neighborhood. As I live three blocks away I am wondering if it is any worse than over here and I love it over here (closer to EP on Lincoln).
They are concerned about the evenings, the park, the church etc...any thoughts or words of wisdom would be appreciated. Thanks!

I hope they enjoy living one block away from a few thousand people on public assistance living in the projects.
