Saw this on Brownstoner and thought it worth a link from here.

Good suggestions included (i.e., DEP never needs to come inside; watch out for pairs of guys; check for a truck)

It had me a little nervous because our ConEd meters are inside and the guy comes in to read them...guess I should figure something else out in the name of safety.
