To whom it may concern,

I am a wedding planner interested in renting your venue on Saturday April 4th, 2009 for a wedding reception for 50-75 guests. We will be hiring a DJ and catering company. Please email me with a Photo if possible, a price quote and let me know if you have an opening for this date as soon as possible because we are in a serious time crunch. My budget is $1,000 and under for the space.Ideally I would like to use the space for Saturday evening Reception start time would be around 5-6pm and setup time of about two additional hours.
