There's a good 4-6 inches on my window sill. I hear the snow is dropping at about an inch per hour. The weatherman says it feels like 6 degrees outside right now. I sincerely doubt the MTA will be running at full service, they can barely handle it when there's a little rain. There's some power outages due to the wind too.…
