He's renovated 3 apartments for us and is going through a slow period...he prices are really reasonable, and he's a super nice/trustworthy guy from Barbados that does excellent work - including floors, cabinetry, bathrooms, kitchens, decks etc. He's not licensed, but works with an electrician and plumber that are. e-mail me at [email protected] if you'd like his contact info and/or to see pics of his work.
