Come join your neighbors and learn about GAPCo!

Everyone who has an interest in Grand Army Plaza, its
surrounding neighborhoods, or in community-driven public
projects should come to the Annual meeting.

* GAPCo's Successes in 2008

o The Ideas Competition and Exhibition in Grand Army Plaza o
Neighborhood Outreach

* Plans for 2009: Next Steps

o Eastern Parkway Renovation o Traffic Flow Study o Design
study/community workshops

* New opportunities for community involvement:

o Help design a new Grand Army Plaza o Develop your ideas for
programming events in Grand Army Plaza o Pitching in to help
clean up Grand Army Plaza

* Ask questions of the GAPCo leadership:

o Civic groups, Merchants Association, and Community Board
members o Reps from the Cultural Institutions and City Agencies
o Leading Advocates for public place, parks, and traffic
planning policy o City, State, and Federal elected officials
This is also our big chance to hear what YOU think about what we
have done, and what YOU would like to see in Grand Army Plaza.
