Man With a Van (and Box Truck) - $45 an Hour

Let's see. The usual song and dance. I'm dependable. I'm experienced. Your mother would love me. I descended from heaven in a golden moving van and a mission....

Listen. There are some sleazy movers out there. Some of them won't show up. Some of them will charge hourly and spend a lot of time leaning against their truck. Some of them will raise their rates at the last minute.

So, why trust me? No reason in particular.

I'm a comedian at night (the kind with the microphone and the jokes) and I move people in a box truck and a large cargo van during the day. I have blankets, a dolly, and hand-truck and a few other nifty gadgets.
Hourly Rates (Weekdays only – Weekends are booked at a flat rate.)

1 man and the van: $45 an hour (2-hour minimum)
2 man and the van: $65 an hour (2-hour minimum)

1 man and the box-truck: $55 an hour (2-hour minimum)
2 man and the box-truck: $75 an hour (2-hour minimum)

For longer-distance moves to places like Boston, Washington D.C., Philly, Richmond, Chicago and even Canada, I have flat-rates that are very reasonable. I can also add a trailer to the back of the van for these moves, if required. Please send a list of what you're moving and where it's going to get a quote.
